He is survived by: his pets, Toby, Alize, Champ, Musha Key, Lilly, Bo Jangles, Jade and Otis Henry; his wife Kimberly; his stepchildren, Shannon Van Pay, Stacie Lawson (Josh) and Seth Van Pay (Lacey); his daughter Michelle Sowder; his mother Sandi Reeve (Ed); his aunt Alice Ormiston; his sisters, Julie Johnson (Terence) and Jill Trevaskis (Troy); his half-sister Teri Powell; his brother Mark Linger (Stacie); his half-brother David Linger (Linda); and his siblings' children, Stacey D Johnson, Karson Fischer, Mason Linger, Chase Linger, Kash Trevaskis, Ashley Manyou, Margaret Delanie Fischer, Kambria Trevaskis and Marley Trevaskis.
