He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer McKinley and Helen McKinley (Hennig); his significant other Sherri Moore; and his pets, Joe, Buddy, Jake, Duke, Cole and Bean.
He is survived by: his daughters, Farah (Brandon Borton) and Kaley McKinley (Mike Fruit); and his grandchildren, Brennen Martin, Aspen, Destrie, Cooper Borton, Kindrey, Kessley, Kannon and Kambri Fruit.
