He was predeceased by: his parents, Pacomio Sandoval and Rumaldita Sandoval; and his siblings, William Sandoval, Gloria Martinez, Celestino "Bob" Sandoval, Alex Sandoval and Joseph Sandoval.
He is survived by: his wife Genevieve Sandoval; his daughters, Evelyn Mansell (David) of Cheyenne and Terri Sandoval of Cheyenne; his grandchildren, Brian Mansell of Cheyenne and Jennifer Titus of Casper; his great grandchildren, Ava, Maya, Lucas and Simon; and his sisters, Rita Ortega (Danny) of Albuquerque and Nancy Rios (Esteban) of Cheyenne.
