She is survived by: her children, Debbie Kyger (Dave) of Colorado Springs, Colo, Sandy Hubbard (Kyle) of Odessa, Texas, Kathleen Bordner (Dieter) of Odessa, Texas, Bill Cole of Cheyenne and Teresa Milner (Ben) of Yoder, Wyo.; her grandchildren, Nathan Hubbard, Dan Kyger, Lane Hubbard (Kaity), Ellen Kyger (Alex Braum), Ana Bordner, Cole Bordner, Matthew Cole (Mikayla Harris), Marcus Cole and Emily Milner; her great grandchild Sora Hubbard; and her sister Corky Fanning. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to the Cheyenne Animal Shelter or St. Mary's School in Penny's name.
