It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phoebe L. Swift in Cheyenne, Wyoming, born in Dickson, Tennessee, who passed away on February 19, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Tubbs Cooksey and Mary Eleanor Crouch Cooksey; and her siblings, William Cooksey, George Cooksey, Haden Cooksey, Henry Cooksey, Norman Cooksey, Jesse Rook Cooksey and Margaret Cooksey West (Billy Horace Swift).

She is survived by: her children, David Swift (Catherine), Sylvia Kmiec (Warren) and Susan Swift (Jena); her grandchildren, Caroline Swift (Hui Min), Sarabeth Bosselman (Carsten), Mary Swift, Ezra Swift-Rawal, Joshua Swift-Rawal, Amos Kmiec and Zachary Kmiec (Esther); and her great grandchild Gwendolyn Kmiec. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Phoebe's name to Habitat for Humanity or St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
