Though Phyllis may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Phyllis touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Pooschke and Gladys Pooschke (Street); her husband Carl Everett Neel; her children, Alvina, Helen and Danny; and her great grandchild Angel.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie (Shirley Neel) of Sidney, NE, Mona Neel of Cheyenne, WY and Betty (Kevin Hullet) of Bismark, ND.. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the United Church (124 State St, Dalton, NE 69131).
