With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Richard L. Russell in Cheyenne, Wyoming, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Russell and Mary Ellen Russell. He is survived by: his wife Lucy Russell; his siblings, Boyd (Gene), Kenneth Russell and Lynn Schneider; and his children, Mary Catherine Russell, Christopher Russell, Rachael Eastman, Josh Eastman, Heather Dodson and Andrea Jennings. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 5 nieces, 6 nephews, 5 great nieces, and 12 great nephews.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (309 Western Hills Blvd, Cheyenne, WY 82009). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the same location.
