We are sad to announce that, on May 22, 2022, at the age of 89, Robert F. Willoughby of Cheyenne, Wyoming, born in Chariton, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gail Willoughby and Josephine Willoughby; his daughter Elizabeth; and his siblings, Alva, Sidney Willoughby and Beulah Hankins.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Willoughby of Buffalo; his daughters, Betty Jean Willoughby of Medicine Bow and Brenda Sue Willoughby of Buffalo; and his grandchildren, Charity Knopp of Gillette, Karla Bernal (Sergio) of Fredrick and Garth Nicholas of Buffalo. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
