Robert J. Foster Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert J. Foster of Cheyenne, Wyoming, who passed away on February 13, 2024 at the age of 99. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert J. Foster to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Winnie Peebles and Hezekiah Foster; his daughter Janessa Spencer; and his wife Grace Foster. He is survived by : his children, Tony Spencer of Cheyenne and Otha Spencer-Williams of Las Vegas; his grandchildren, Lori Janas, Gemini Janas and Anthony Spencer (Katee); his great grandchildren, Christopher Fritsch (Kaleigh), Kylee, Madasin Webb, Garrett Allison, Brock, Lynessa and Jordyn Spencer; and his great great grandchild Carsyn. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear family friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Bob's honor at the American Legion.
