She was predeceased by: her parents, James B. Hewitt and Clara F. Hewitt; her husband William "Bill" Lewis; her granddaughter Erica Lewis; and her daughter-in-law Joan Hernandez.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Hornsby (Steve), Raymond Lewis, Lynne Dolwick (Joe) and Karen Calahan (Jeff); and her granddaughter Angela Vaughn.
