She is survived by: her husband Mike Welsh of Cheyenne, Wyoming.; her grandchildren, Justin, Amanda, Audrey, Jack, Keith, Staci, Benjamin, Jessica, Wanda, Alonzo and Amber; and her siblings, Susan Thomas, Richard Witt (Patty), David Witt, Doug Witt (Debbie), Wayne Witt (Anna), Elizabeth Boswell and Edith Stratton (Richard).
