It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley McLelland of Cheyenne, Wyoming, born in Wheatland, Wyoming, who passed away on February 15, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gale Milton and Lodisa Milton; and her brothers, Tyler Jay and Dwain Milton. She is survived by: her close friend Judy Walker; her stepchildren, Robin Chisolm and Dan McLelland (Lenora); her significant other Robert McLelland (Bob); her sons, Tyler, Scott, Kelly and Kyle; and her brothers, Wayne Milton (Patricia) and Michael Milton. She is also survived by her numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
