He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd G. Jacoby and Helen Jacoby Scott (Strauch); his wife Pat Jacoby; his daughter Angela Jacoby; and his brother Larry Jacoby.

He is survived by: his friends, Stan Halbmaier, Russ Elliott and Jack Lewis; his son Jeff Jacoby (Wendy) of Cheyenne; and his granddaughters, Abigail Jacoby (Laura Walker) of Billings, MT and Madeline Jacoby of Bloomington, MN. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
