He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Kelly (Rita Kelly) and Karen Kelly; his brothers, Richard "Patrick" and Robert "Michael" Kelly; and his sister-in-law Valerie Kelly.
He is survived by: his children, Robert "Patrick" Kelly, Shannon Fallon (Jeff) and Erin Vavra (Ben); his grandchildren, Connor and Quinn Fallon; his siblings, Colleen Paden (Bob), Kristine Foulk (Doug) and John Kelly; and his sister-in-law Monica Kelly. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (1808 Hot Springs Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the St Patrick Catholic Church (3400 E 16th St, Fremont, NE 68025).
