It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Windell Winslow (Cheyenne, Wyoming), born in Burlington, Colorado, who passed away on July 8, 2025, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Thomas departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Thomas may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Thomas leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his father Rodney Winslow. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Pinckard; his stepfather Davern Pinckard; his sister Rosalie Claypool; his niece Natalia; and his nephew Reyly. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes (1900 E 19th St, Cheyenne, WY 82001). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel (1900 E 19th St, Cheyenne, WY 82001). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the The Gathering Place (1900 E 21st St, Cheyenne, WY 82001).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a military organization, such as DAV Disabled American Veterans, or that you take a moment to do something kind for someone else or make them laugh when they need it as Tommy would have.
