He was predeceased by: his parents, Winslow Tracy Richmond and Lucille Robertson Richmond (Cheney); and his brother Winslow Tracy Richmond, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Rita Rae Richmond (Eaton); his children, Shari Garnsey of Canton, GA, Scott Richmond of Roanoke, VA and Susan Nickson (Dave) of Lewistown, MT; and his stepdaughters, Cindi Marcum of Overland Park, KS, Cheri Cushman (Dustin) of Paulden, AZ and Christine Pope of Trego, MT. He is also survived by four step-grandchildren and five step-great-grandchildren, and three step-great, great grandchildren.
