He was predeceased by: his father Cloughton; his adoptive father James Dulaney; his mother Audrey Dulaney (Burt); his brothers, James D. Dulaney (Dan) and Willy Dulaney; and his granddaughter Jessica Wesley.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Dulaney (Keene); his siblings-in-law, Mary Wilcox (Keene) and Dan Wilcox; his nephew Justin Wilcox; his brother-in-law Alfred Keene; his nieces and nephews, Mariah, Sarah Keene, Matthew and Michael Keene; his sister-in-law Kandi Dulaney; his children, T. J. Dulaney, Judah Dulaney, Sunshine Dulaney and June Villa (Lallak); his son-in-law Manny Villa; his grandchildren, Jacob Figolah, Justin, Jesse Bocock and Mikael Lallak; his children, Savannah Dulaney and Troy L. Dulaney II; his daughter-in-law Abbi Dulaney; his granddaughter Emmafae Dulaney; his daughter Rebecca Finch; his stepson-in-law John Wesley; his grandsons, Sam Finch and Daniel Wesley; his son J. D. Perry; his stepdaughter-in-law Ciarra Perry; and his granddaughter Ryklee Perry.
