She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank J. Novak and Bertha I. Novak (Stevens); her husband Howard; and her siblings, Victor Novak of Vancouver, WA, Vivian Barba, Guadalajara, Mexico, Valerie Bailey, Verda Siebenthaler of Coeru, Alene and Valencia Novak.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara McCulloch (Michael) of Santa Fe, NM and Dr. Frank Mellblom (Deborah) of Cheyenne, WY; her grandchildren, Brian, Courtney Mellblom, Tyler and Carson Mellblom; her stepgranddaughters, Lauran Rodriguez and Hilary Sandberg; and her stepgreat-grandsons, Hunter Thompson and Jack Sandberg.
