He was predeceased by: his brother Richard Rice. He is survived by: his sister Janice Smith; his sons, Steven Rice (Rita) and Kevin Rice (Shanda); and his close friend Margaret Sewell. He is also survived by granddaughters, (Maria, Ella, and Joelle), nephews, niece, cousins.
