He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. and Mildred Tunnicliff, Sr. (Easterbrook); and his daughter-in-law Eva "Dell" Tunnicliff. He is survived by: his wife Mary Tunnicliff (Loving) of Cheyenne; his children, Randy Tunnicliff (Glenda) of Mesa, AZ, Ken Tunnicliff of Cheyenne, Jim Tunnicliff (Lorelle) of Berthoud, CO, Darrell Feller (Mary Jane) of Anacortes, WA, Dan Feller of Dover, PA and Lynn Bembenek of San Diego, CA; and his sister Jan Garrett. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
