He is survived by: his siblings, Joe Knox of Cody, Wyoming, Molly Berg (Brad) of Spokane, Washington, Julie Knox of Cody, Wyoming and Mary Leach (Bryan) of Cody, Wyoming.. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews and eleven great-nieces and great-nephews.
