She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline Matheson and Judson Matheson; and her siblings, Bud, Donna and Jo.
She is survived by: her husband Phil "Pops" Bates (Montana); her children, Kara Gleason (Rod), Heather Hopple (Brady), Stephanie Braten (Justin), Heidi Kocher (Mike) and Steven Bates (Brea Fischer); and her sister Patricia Arnold of Three Forks, Montana. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren and many nieces & nephews.
