He was predeceased by: his father Paul Martin; his father-in-law Walter Kukus; his grandparents, James, Ernstine Martin, Oren and Bernada Forthun; his son Micheal Martin; and his brother-in-law Fred McCarty.
He is survived by: his mother Barbara Martin (Forthun); his son Shawn; his wife Gwen; his son Paul Martin (Kataira); his grandchildren, Alisha, Aria and Hoyt; his son Cody Martin; his siblings, Shannon McCarty and Scott Martin (Janell); and his siblings' children, Blake Martin (Kalli) and Emily McCarty. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fidler-Roberts & Isburg Funeral Chapel (208 E Main St, Sundance, WY 82729). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cowboy Church (5236 Old Hwy 14, Beulah, WY 82712).
