He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Hall-Ellis and Mathew Winn; his grandparents, Benjamin and Phoebe Ellis (Hall); his son Benjamin Paul Winn; and his siblings, Hazel Whitebuffalo Fourkiller (Toni Whitebuffalo Pawnee) and Raymond White Buffalo, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Smyrna Sage-Winn of Ethete; his children, Denise Lonelodge, Amber Winn, Alexandria Winn and Lloyd Winn, Jr.; his sisters, Lela Whitebuffalo-Cozad, Cheryl Whitebuffalo-Gouge and Billie Propst; his grandchildren, Skuya Medicinehorse, Easton Hill and Auni Winn; and his aunt Imogene Jackson (Pima) of Sacaton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A wake will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Family Residence (426 Ethete Rd, Ethete, WY 82520). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Blue Sky Hall (490-498 Ethete Rd, Ethete, WY 82520).
