She was predeceased by: her parents, James Chiefly and Elizabeth Friday Penn; her adoptive parents, Ernest SunRhodes and Ruth SunRhodes; and her husband Allison Burton.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Harold Burton Sr., Timothy Darell Burton, Sharon Ranee Burton, Paulette Maria Burton and Pauline Marie Burton. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren.
