With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jo Bell Norris (Evanston, Wyoming), who passed away on October 19, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Betty's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Betty has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Bell and JoAnn Bell; and her siblings, Bob and Dora Lee Bell. She is survived by: her husband Perry Lee Norris. She is also survived by Twenty-five grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Randolph LDS Chapel (15 S Main St, Randolph, UT 84064). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
