He was predeceased by: his parents, C. L. Worden and Lucille Worden; and his brothers, Charles and Ronald. He is survived by: his siblings, Inabelle Traurnicht and Jaydee (Tim Held); his children, Sarah Shepard, Evelyn Blunk and Elijah Blunk; his grandchildren, Aiden, Ian Shepard, Zaden Blunk, Kiara and Ava Blunk; and his great grandchild Grayson Fryer.
