It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert E Simmons (Evanston, Wyoming), born in Olean, New York, who passed away on October 6, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Ann Pichard; his stepmother Christian Simmons; his sister Barbara Kee; his grandchildren, Robert Frain and April Froster; and his son Richard Simmons Sr. of Ny.
He is survived by: his children, Herbert Simmons (Lori), Robyn Morton of Pennsylvania, Marjean Simmons Medlin and Mark Moton Sr. (Besty) of New York; his nephew Jim Kee (Glenda); and his close friend Galen Meyers (Hazel). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
