She was loved and cherished by many people including: her siblings, Colleen, Michelle, Michael, Dustin, Todd, Ryan, Adam, Heidi and Judy Maffet Picha; her former spouse Launy Lynn Ostrup; her sons, Cody (Pyper), Brandon (Theresa) and Cameron (Cora); her husband Mark Lawrence Green; her stepsons, Clint and Dirk (Taylor); and her grandchildren, Ariah, Aspyn, Raelynn, Bodee, Cooper, Trip, Jaxon, Olivia, Tyree, Lainey and Daisey.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 3785 Green Farm Way, West Haven, UT 84401.
