He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Crompton and Ila Crompton; and his sisters, Louann and Nancy Crompton. He is survived by: his wife Betty Crompton; his daughters, Michelle (Shane Degnan) and Glenda (Gary Danne); and his brothers, Jerry, Raelynn Crompton and Charles "Skeeter" Crompton. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
