He is survived by: his wife Martha Lugo; his sisters, Esmeralda Lugo and Reinalda Lugo; his children, Wendy Lugo, Feliciano Lugo, Eva Sanchez (Aaron), Jose Sanchez, Fernando Sanchez, Salvador Sanchez (Ivy), Maria Sanchez, Manuel Gonzalez and Ariana Lugo; and his grandchildren, Rosalinda, Anahi, Avery, Atlas, Sofi, Isla and Jonathan.

Viewing will be held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Crandall Funeral Home (800 Uinta St, Evanston, WY 82930). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church (837 Center St, Evanston, WY 82930).
