In the vast expanse of eternity, Judith shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Judith farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her son Billy Staley; and her brother Bill Fotheringham. She is survived by: her children, Ted J. Staley (Ouida), Wynona Jean Licht (Jeff) and Jared T. Staley (Rachel); and her siblings, Les Fotheringham (Pam), Sandy Ottley and Ruthie Norris (Jim). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Crandall Funeral Home (800 Uinta St, Evanston, WY 82930). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
