He is survived by: his wife LeeAnn; his children, David Kertz (Timaly), Deanna Case (Justin) and Michael Kertz (Heather); his grandchildren, Brian, Cory, Kiley Dawson (Tim), Tysan, Brendon, Morgan, Hunter, Mark, Tyson and Celton; his close friend Brad; and his siblings, Bob, Kenny, Carl, Mary, Elaine, Donna, Lisa and Anita. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
