It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Veldon C Izatt in Freedom, Wyoming, who passed away on July 10, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Leslie; his siblings, Leslie Izatt, Delia Elizabeth Crouch Izatt, Lenord, Carma Izatt, Keith, Gayle Izatt and Mona Izatt; and his great grandchild Keelan Pond.
He is survived by: his close friend Veloy Aldine Hemmert Izatt; his children, Lorene Spencer (Steve), Jed Izatt (Kathy), Dena Luthi (Kim), Dale Izatt (LouAnn) and Lisa Chaparro (Rigo); and his brother Stanley Izatt (Sandra). He is also survived by 37 grandchildren; 50 great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Freedom Ward Chapel. A burial will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at the Freedom Cemetery.
