He was predeceased by: his father Leslie; his siblings, Leslie Izatt, Delia Elizabeth Crouch Izatt, Lenord, Carma Izatt, Keith, Gayle Izatt and Mona Izatt; and his great grandchild Keelan Pond.
He is survived by: his close friend Veloy Aldine Hemmert Izatt; his children, Lorene Spencer (Steve), Jed Izatt (Kathy), Dena Luthi (Kim), Dale Izatt (LouAnn) and Lisa Chaparro (Rigo); and his brother Stanley Izatt (Sandra). He is also survived by 37 grandchildren; 50 great grandchildren.
