He is survived by: his significant other DeVon Dunn; his children, Dale, Jr. (Bud), Daniel, Ann, Russell, Robert and Marc; his siblings, Ruth Frisch of Waterloo and Gene Maurer; and his sister-in-law Clarice Maurer of Florida. He is also survived by family, his many nieces and nephews.
