He was predeceased by: his brother Jason Herman. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Herman and Wendy Herman (Barthel); and his brothers, Josh Herman and John Herman (Sarah). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, and nieces.
In lieu of flowers a memorial for funeral expenses has been established in the Herman Family name.
