It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Douglas Ernest Halfpop of Gillette, Wyoming, born in Hubbard, Iowa, who passed away on October 29, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elda Jane and Eugene Halfpop; his children, Angelica Fishbeck (Mike) and Austin Halfpop (Emily); his granddaughter Kinzley Fishbeck; his close friend Susan Weeks; his pets, Gracie and Otis; and his siblings, Becky Maifield (Duane), Craig Halfpop (Linda) and Dave Halfpop (Lintha). He was also cherished by many other friends and family.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that friends and family swing by their local car wash – Fudd would've wanted everyone to have a sparkling ride on his day. If you are so inclined to donate, the family hopes to purchase a bench and plaque to be placed in Fudd's honor at Bell Knob.
