He was predeceased by: his wife Marilene Hoffman (Keeler). He is survived by: his children, Ed Hoffman (George), Randy Hoffman (Tammy), Kathy Glenn (Paul) and Cheri Hoffman of Gillette, Wyoming. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and six great-great- grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to benefit Campbell County Health's Hospice in Frank's name.
