He is survived by: his wife Judy Farris; his children, Phil Lewis (Kristi) and Dena Knox (Brian); his grandchildren, Jasmine, Wyatt and Scott; his great grandchildren, Payson and Valen; his sister Paula Lukehart; and his sister-in-law Betty Roan (Jack). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
