He is survived by: his mother Rose Cotney (Brown) of Gillette, WY; his wife Lisa Cotney of Gillette, WY; his children, Jerry Cotney (Cassie) of Mexico, MO, Sabrina Edwards (Alex) of Grand Junction, CO, Brittani Buckner of Gillette, WY, Nicole Dvorak of Gillette, WY and Haley Fernald (Aarron) of Gillette, WY; his grandchildren, Hunter, Payton Cotney, Linda Lou, Douglas Cotney, Trenton, Layton Fernald, Kamdyn Buckner, Montana, Pierce and Weston Edwards; his siblings, Emit Cotney (Theresa) and Laramie; Amber Cotney of Gillette, WY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
