With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Katherine O. Palmer of Gillette, Wyoming, born in San Diego, California, who passed away on September 22, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Bowman and Delia Bowman. She is survived by: her husband Robert Palmer; her stepchildren, Peter, Matthew, Andrew and Roberta; and her siblings, Rosemary and Harry. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
