He is survived by: his parents, Patty Case and Lester Case; his siblings, BJ Fleak (Greg), Lester Case, Randy Case (Wendy) and Cody Case; his aunts, Hazi Gilroy (Bob), Cheri Mooney (Ron), Betty Troll (Keith) and Robin Conway (Ken); his son Derrik; his nieces and nephews, Anthony Fleak, Randy Case, Kayla Schwartz (Corey), Shantel Shanks (Dalton), Mercedes Case and Miranda Case; his great-nieces, Kylie, Raelynn and Addalynn; his nephew Tyson; and his brother-in-law Greg. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
