She was predeceased by: her mother Susan McGarvin. She is survived by: her significant other Danny Hoekstra; her stepchildren, Shalayna and Chelsea; her father Larry McGarvin; her siblings, Jeff McGarvin (Kathy), Lucinda McGarvin, Melissa O'Melia (Bill) and Jillian Balow (John); and her nephew Drennen O'Melia. She is also survived by children and five grandchildren.

Memorials may be made in Lisa's name to benefit Fur Kids Foundation or Drennen's Dreams Foundation.
