He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Arline McGurn and Clyde Elmer Baxter; and his sister Tina Dickerson. He is survived by: his daughter Celena Sjomeling (Jason); his grandchildren, Levi and Erika Sjomeling of Sturgis, SD; his siblings, Ronnie L. Noble, Paul Michael Noble (Bonnie), Bradley R. Baxter, Curtis Lee Cooper, Timothy O. Cooper and Mary Frances Cooper; and his uncle Oliver Sutton. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews and great nieces and nephews.
