He is survived by: his parents, Bart Kissack and Kathy Kissack of Gillette, Wyoming; his grandmother Bonnie Merklin of Cheyenne, Wyoming; his brother Levi Kissack (Taylor); his daughter Lauren (Lo) of Minnesota; and his brother Jake Kissack (Lauren) of Hawaii.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Nathan Kissack Memorial fund at First Northern Bank, which will be used to help other cancer patients in their fight.
