Olin Orton Oedekoven Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Olin Orton Oedekoven of Gillette, Wyoming, who passed away on October 4, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rhyllis Rae Oedekoven (Richmond) and Charles Oedekoven; and his parents-in-law, Dorothy Vicklund and LeRoy Vicklund. He is survived by: his nephews, Lorings, Heckels, Straights, Alemans, Breningers and Damons; his wife Laurel E. Vicklund; his siblings, Byron Oedekoven of Gillette, Wyoming and Isora Heckel (Jeff) of Woodbridge, Virginia; his sister-in-law Adele Vicklund Loring (Bill) of Gillette; his nieces, Valerie Heckel, Genevieve Heckel (Fernando Herrera), Catalina Herrera Heckel and Aureliano Herrera Heckel; his sisters-in-law, Susan (Jim Damon), Longmont of Colorado, Jill (Jim Breninger), Beth and Val Aleman; and his nieces and nephews, Becky Aleman, Stephanie, Greg Sciez, Colton, Skylar, Joel Breninger, Jasmine, Ron McGarr, Tanner, Jaime Kim, Claire Damon, Tyler, Winni Damon, Julia and Miya.
