She was predeceased by: her father Jack Herbert Roy; her brother Sean Collins; her grandson Emery Jackson-Roy McDougald; and her mother Betty Collins. She is survived by: her daughter Angelique Rene Faith (Greg) of Gillette, Wyoming; her great grandchild Moriah; her son Shawn McIlroy (Jeanna) of Hermosa; her grandchildren, Brandy Chandler (Ralph), Jason Sprague (Katie), Dale McILroy, Lane, Cole and Samuel McDougald; her great grandchildren, Logan, Clayton, Dallas, Miles, Anson and Micha; and her siblings, Marcus, Rosalie Collins and Jacquie Templeton (Alfred). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
She died peacefully in her sleep, January 4, 2026, at the Legacy Living Rehab Center, after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease.
