He was predeceased by : his parents, Damon Smith and Willamae Smith; his sister Judy; and his great grandchild Tensley. He is survived by : his wife Cyndi; his sons, Richard (Jennifer) of Sheridan and David of Casper; and his nephews, Kevin Stevens (Michelle) of Berthoud, CO, Kirby Stevens (Courtney) of Casper and Todd Nichols (Linda) of Casper. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
