He was predeceased by: his parents, Elroy Eekhoff and Evie Eekhoff (Goelz). He is survived by: his wife Pep; his children, Heather Wichert (Jason) and TJ Eekhoff; his grandchildren, Ryan and Bryce Wichert; and his siblings, Pat Withers (John), Dick Eekhoff (Lisa) and Scott Eekhoff (Michelle). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Camplex Frontier Hall.
