He is survived by: his wife Deanna (Seymour); his children, Dana Dietz, TJ Dietz, Nicole Dietz (Kevin Grace), Anna Kent (Drake), Amanda Schelling (Nate) and Andrew Dietz (Ashley); his grandchildren, Cameron, Trenten, Aubraeny, Kirra, Kali, Liam, Ivan, Draysen and Kellen; and his siblings, Doug Dietz (Carrie), Peggy Knoop (Tom), Sheryl Stephens (Don), Kay Munger (Tim), Brad Dietz (Meera) and Charlie Dietz (Kim).
